DELL and AMD give birth to new Zino
Tuesday, November 17th, 2009It looks like DELL and AMD have gotten together to create a new lightweight yet powerful small form factor PC called the Zino. Looking at taking the crown from a large portion of the tiny multimedia HD PC market the Zino does boast quite an impressive spec. Models start from a nifty 1.6ghz AMD Athlon 2650E with built in HD3200 gfx, 2 gig of RAM, 320gig hard drive, DVD burner, n draft wireless, external SATA port with windows 7 x64 home premium installed! Max specs obtainable are; AMD x2 6850E 1.8ghz, windows 7 x64 home premium, 8 gig of RAM, 1 terabyte Hard Drive, HD 4330 gfx, Blu ray ROM drive, wireless keyboard/mouse, n-draft wireless, external SATA ports. Sure it’s punchy but it will cost you a cool £838.98 but measuring less than 8” square is a lot of grunt for such a small unit
